Free Trial User Agreement & Disclaimer

By requesting, downloading, installing, or using any of the provided indicator/s during this free trial, you agree to the following terms:

1- License Grant

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Indicators solely for personal evaluation purposes on your own Sierra Chart account for a maximum of 5 calendar days.

2- Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this agreement:

  • Using the Indicator(s) (or any of its outputs, signals, arrows, subgraphs, or calculated values) in automated trading systems, trading bots, algorithmic trading scripts, Expert Advisors, or any form of automated or semi-automated execution.

  • Data scraping, exporting, logging, or programmatically reading the Indicator’s signals, arrows, subgraphs, values, or any internal calculations for use in external software, scripts, spreadsheets, databases, or third-party platforms.

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract the underlying logic, conditions, algorithms, or source code of the Indicator(s).

  • Redistributing, sharing, selling, lending, leasing, or giving away the DLL file(s), study collection files, chartbooks, or any part of the Indicator(s) to any third party.

  • Removing, disabling, bypassing, or attempting to circumvent the built-in authorization check or any licensing/protection mechanism.

  • Using the Indicators on more than one Sierra Chart account or sharing your Sierra Chart credentials to allow others to access the trial.

3- Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Indicators (including the DLL files, logic, design, and documentation) remain the exclusive property of the developer. This trial grants no ownership rights whatsoever.

4- No Warranty

The Indicators are provided “AS IS” for evaluation purposes only. There is no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Past performance or behavior of the Indicators does not guarantee future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

5- Termination

Access may be revoked at any time, for any reason, including (but not limited to) violation of these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination or expiration of the 5-day trial, you must immediately delete all Indicator files from your system.

6- Consequences of Violation
Any violation of this agreement may result in immediate and permanent termination of access, legal action to recover damages, and reporting of the Sierra Chart account involved.

7- Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using the Indicators, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Free Trial User Agreement.
